Job Description

Director of Search Engine Optimization

About the job

Healthcare Success (HS), a digital-first, fully integrated marketing agency, is seeking an experienced SEO Director to lead our SEO team.

This position requires deep, hands-on SEO expertise, as well as agency experience and management of 3 or more SEO staff. We are seeking a department head, capable of overseeing the big picture, all the way through the supervision of daily details related to local, on-site, and off-site SEO.

The SEO Director will provide strategy and executional leadership for 20+ clients, manage an internal SEO team (content, technical, and local), work closely with account and project management teams, and support new business outreach and pitches.

Healthcare Success is a healthcare-focused team of experienced professionals. Although healthcare experience is a plus, the ideal candidate should be eager to learn and expand their medical knowledge across diverse health disciplines and verticals to understand the higher SEO standards applied to the healthcare sector.
